I notice, every start of the second quarter since second year, we (Garnet) always visit our English forum, read old posts, and reminisce.
And I haven't able to figure out why, although I believe I do have a slightly rational explanation to it, at least on my part.
Second quarter. By this time, I'm usually fully-adjusted to our new workload. I'm quite ready to face head-on the remaining hurdles of the year.
And yet, somehow, I really am not.
Rereading our old posts from first year gives me some sort of confidence. They tell me, hey, Marz! You can do this -- you've encountered similar problems in the past, and you've come out unscathed.
Plus, second quarter is the perfect time to look back. Not first quarter, no -- you'd want to concentrate during that quarter. This time around, you'd love to kick back a bit -- and a nostalgia trip can do wonders.
