Decided to transfer that post about our HBP to my LJ. Haha. Wala lang.
And anyway. Today is Day 3 since the fire, and I'd normally be bored by now. But I've been having fun with the pseudo-new computer. Pseudo, because it's not really new -- it belonged to my cousins. Doesn't mean it's really old, though -- it's still newer than my computer.
I've been busy updating/adding software to that PC. Sounds easier than it actually is, since YM took a loooong time before I got it to install decently -- it kept on dropping the download. And even now, the installation's not perfect, since two of the skins won't work. Gah.
And I've been having problems downloading AVG. Tried downloading it on both PCs, to no avail. I'm sticking to Avast for now, until I can finally download it. I think I need to upgrade/add more security software.
I'll add two of my favorite PowerToys too, since they're cool. :D I already installed Frostwire and utorrent. Yayz.
As for Photoshop and other Adobe products -- I won't be installing them yet, except for Adobe Reader 9. I'll wait for CS4 before I install them there. I gotta update the iTunes there, though (I haven't updated iTunes here XD).
Hmm. Installers are done downloading. Guess I should boot that PC now. :))
